		<description>I loved this column!  I spent much of my 20s trying to fit the mold of what I thought I should do/say/act in order to be successful.  Now in my early 30s, I&#039;ve discovered being straight-forward about myself, who I am and what my strengths are has only aided my career goals.</description>
