		<description><![CDATA[I definitely agree: someone who takes the initiative to ask what to do next (or even figure that out themselves) is so much easier to work with than a person who just twiddles his thumbs when a task is done. With someone who takes the initiative, you don&#039;t have to worry  about work not getting done because they&#039;re sitting there waiting to be told what to do.]]></description>
